From a Utah stage to a national one. 🎶
Congratulations to Daisy Maravilla, a senior at American Preparatory Academy Draper 3, who took second place at the Schmidt Vocal Arts Utah Regional Competition in February — earning her a spot in the semi-finals in Sarasota, Florida.
She competed against 23 vocalists at the regional level and 51 at the national semi-finals this summer, and along the way had the chance to train and work directly with professionals in the field.
Excellence takes discipline, preparation, and the courage to stand up and perform. Daisy, brought all three.
We are so proud of you. 👏
